Return Policy

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not ship perishable items.

The merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.

  • Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned.

For perishable items only:

Most orders are fulfilled within a few days of the order. If you have not heard from us within 48 hrs of the order, please email us at rosalie@grandarmyfarm.com for inquiry.

If you choose a third party pick up, that person must have a hard copy or an email of the order in hand at pick up.

You must verify that the order is accurate when you or your thrid party picks up. Adjustments will be made.

No refund will be issued if you notice errors in the order after leaving the premises.

Orders not picked up after 7 days and 2 email reminders will be composted or donated.
