This is a comprehensive class that will teach you how to make one simple ( Chevre) and one intermediate level cheese (Brie). We will discuss how to make yogurt.

This is a hands on class with a lot of waiting times in between. Please bring a story to share, a knitting/crochet project, or take a hike in the winter woods around the property.

Best of all, you will get to sample a triple creme cheese, several different style of chevre cheeses, yogurt ( 2 styles) and so much more. And you will get to take home some cheese to enjoy.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes to cook in. Warm clothes. Hiking boots if you want to go hiking.
