Interested in making your own Yogurt or Kefir ? How about some delicious goat chevre? No problem. We provide the milk, culture and super easy instructions.

The yogurt or kefir will come with a full gallon fresh raw goat milk, one culture pack, a link to the instructions. The milk jar can be returned for a $3 redemption per jar or replace the jar(s) for the next order.

Expected yield :

Yogurt : up to 3/4 gallon of fresh creamy yogurt

Kefir: 1 gallon

Chevre: 2 pounds of fresh chevre

What you need:

enthusiasm and excitement to learn something fun

a stock pot large enough to hold one gallon of milk

a good candy thermometer

Muslin if you want to strain the cheese or the yogurt
